1. After start SuperCool Bookmark, why display the error: [Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access 97 Driver] can't open database?

A: Because [ODBC Driver] installed on your computer is too old. You may have installed OFFICE 97 of which the version number of Odbcjt32.dll is 3.51.1713.00. You may install Access 2000. Replace the old Odbcjt32.dll, version number of new Odbcjt32.dll is 4.0.3711.08.

2. After start SuperCool Bookmark, why display the error: ADO can't find out specific provider?

A: Because your Windows version is too old. The version number of my Windows is 4.10.222A! You can download ADO from here.

3. After start SuperCool Bookmark, why display the error: Exception Exception in module MAIN.EXE at 000BEDDB Error Creating object. Please verify that the Microsoft Data Access Components 2.1 (or later) have been properly installed?

A: Because your Windows version is too old. The version number of my Windows is 4.10.222A! You can download ADO from here.

4. After start SuperCool Bookmark, why display the error: Exception EIntfCastError in module MAIN.EXE at 000AB8B7. Interface not supported.

A: Because your Windows version is too old. Access 2000 of OFFICE 2000 is proposed to be installed.

5. After start, I can enter the system directly, while then Login Dialog box doesn't display. Why?

A: Because you have selected Next Auto Login checkbox in Menu. If you want the Input Password window display after next time start, unselect Next Auto Login checkbox.

6. How to add a new category or subcategory?

A: When adding a bookmark, if there are no category or subcategory you want in drop down list in Add Bookmark window, click New button to add new category or subcategory. Finally, click Add button to save the bookmark.

7. Why I can't send bookmarks selected to friend by Email?

A: Because you have not installed Microsoft Outlook software. (Notes: The function maybe not work properly in Outlook Express)
